Nikos, my Dad, can be seen looking after his beautiful garden, cleaning the pool, doing odd jobs around the place or around the bar of an evening drinking ouzo with his "parea" (that's the Greek word for your group of special friends, I suppose you would say "your mates")

My Mum, Katti, is in charge of keeping the place spick & span, looking after me & Dad and providing our guests with her legendary weekly barbeque!

Katti is a great communicator and despite speaking only a little English, no way does this prevent her from getting through to our guests!

Last but not least, there's me, Dimitri, top barman, snack bar chef, qualified lifeguard, and guaranteed to make your stay memorable!
